Conor Caloia, owner of the Wilmington Sharks Baseball Team, would like to have a game between fire and police right before their Homerun Derby on Monday, July 20th. The game would be at 5:00 pm. Conor would like to call it the Hometown Heroes game and advertise it on their pocket calendars, etc. The police department has agreed to do it. I am wondering if there would be any interest on our part. We would, of course, need to get enough players for a team! Can you please let me know if you are interested in playing? The Sharks will provide tshirts for the players. Please email or call Andrea Good, Fire and Life Safety Educator, City of Wilmington, (910)772-4131
